This is the thirty third year of the Summer School and we look forward to welcoming former students and meeting many new ones.

There is always a friendly atmosphere and a high standard of tutors.

The organisers are all volunteers. It is our intention to provide first-class courses with efficient administration.

You can see the programme of courses and the arrangements for this year, and can print an Application Form (use your browser's back button to return here) to use for your postal application which should be sent to Gerrards Cross Summer School, The Memorial Centre, East Common, Gerrards Cross, Bucks SL9 7AD.  You are also welcome to hand your form in at the office at the Memorial Centre, but please note that the office does not deal directly with enrolments.  We cannot offer on-line course bookings for a number of reasons.

The 2016 Summer School is now over, but we will leave this website available for a little while.
One of the features of Summer School this year has been the high proportion of student feedback forms that were completed which is a very useful guide to future arrangements.
It is perhaps curious that this website has always invited feedback - see lower down on this page - but has never received a comment, good, bad or indifferent.  It is probably a dangerous invitation, but please feel free to send us a comment.

We recommend that you start by printing an Application Form ready for your course selections to be entered.  Make sure you print it portrait, not landscape.  Please read the details of the arrangements for this year which you will find immediately below this text.

Information on how to contact the Summer School is here, and there is lots of information on the Memorial Centre venue here.

We will keep this website up to date with any changes that are made to the courses.

We do hope you find this website useful and informative.  The webmaster, guy.gorton@btinternet.com, would welcome your comments on its appearance and performance.

Finally, please make a note in your diary now for the Summer School 2017, 24th July 4th August
